Shipping costs

Delivery times

The current delivery times and rates are as follows and are subject to change. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Deliveries are made to mainland France by UPS to your home address, or by Chronopost to a collection point. The customer then has 15 days (which varies depending on the collection point) to collect their package from the collection point. If the package is returned because the customer did not collect it on time, SAS Tonton Lucien reserves the right to charge the customer new delivery fees.

Right of withdrawal, return, exchange

The user's exchange request must be made within fourteen working days from the date of receipt or collection of the package.
